Jan:  I don't have any specific suggestions for you, but I would like to 
recommend that you subscribe to the blog  popgoesthe library.com for 
some ideas.  The bloggers are all pop culture mavens and librarians, and 
at least one of them is a YA librarian with some really great ideas.
