[Publib] private funding for public libraries

My big concern would be the private company/corporation dictating what
materials the library can have. For example, if a library had a book that
was anti-Starbucks, would they ask that it be removed? They could use the
threat of pulling out if the library doesn't comply. Then you instantly lose
that money.

There's also the sense of the public that the library is supporting that
organization by letting it have the contract. Was the Starbucks put out to
bid? And some folks would be concerned about a corporation being involved
rather than a local business having the contract.

I'm just suggesting objections a community might have to such an
arrangement.
