[Publib] Why Librarianship

1. Collection Development/Selection which has all but been taken away by centralized selection.
2. Answering cool reference questions - again - gone with the Internet - now we just get goofy questions. 
3. Intellectual Freedom. I guess I don't have to worry about that going away!
