When I worked in a college library, it was part of my job to do the detail 
stuff, including helping them create email accounts and apply for financial 
aid. I always had them type in the private information. But they would tend 
to recite it out loud. No matter how many times I would warn them to write 
it down, they would always ask if I remembered their passwords.

Of course, the worst problem was those who went on ebay and other sites and 
had the computers save their login info, passwords included. Deep freeze 
solved that problem.
