[Publib] Staff policies

We are reviewing our policies and I was wondering if anyone could share
their written policies relating to eating/drinking in public areas of
the library and personal calls during work hours, particularly cell
phones.  I see there was some discussion in the archives, but am
interested in written policy examples is anyone is willing to share.
