Two Community Librarian positions

Looking for a library manager position where you can make a difference in your
community?  Are you enthusiastic and thoughtful, innovative and customer
service oriented, friendly and approachable?  Do you enjoy working in a small
town?  If so, we’re looking for you.  Fort Vancouver Regional Library District
is looking for two librarians to join our team of managing librarians in
Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat and Skamania counties.

Full-time Community Librarian:  Woodland Community Library, located in Cowlitz
County, has a staff of 3.60 FTE.  This branch serves residents of the City of
Woodland and supports library services for the Yale Valley Library district. 
Minimum starting salary is $43,620.

Part-time, 24 hours/week, Community Librarian:  La Center Community Library,
in northern Clark County, has a staff of 3.70 FTE and is the newest branch
library.  Minimum starting salary is $26,172.

Both positions require a MLS/MLIS from an ALA accredited program, at least 3
years of increasingly responsible professional library experience, supervisory
experience, and experience working with customers of all ages.
