[Publib] Book club kits

Our library would like to start a collection of Book Club to Go Kits for the numerous book clubs in our area.  The kits would contain 10 copies of a title along with a packet of information for the book, such as reviews, author bio, discussion questions, etc.  If any of you are already doing this, please provide some answers to the following questions:
 
1.  How did you fund the purchase of the books and the container (bag, box, etc.) they're in?
 
2.  How did you decide what titles to collect for your kits?
 
3.  What policies do you have pertaining to the kits that are different from your other collection/circulation policies?
 
4.  Any unexpected problems that came up with regard to the kits?
