[Publib] Bookmobile alternatives

In response to those who wanted to know what I got about bookmobile
alternatives..in a nutshell, the alternatives are books by mail or
establishing book deposits at community centers, day cares, senior citizens
centers, etc with volunteers offering to man it at per-determined times and
rotating the collections on a set schedule.

 

Thanks to everyone who responded to my inquiry.  I'm hoping it will be
helpful to the library that asked about it.
