[Publib] Any libraries out there using Dragon Dictator software?

Hello!  We have a request from a patron who has limited use of her hands to
have voice-activated software installed in one of our public workstations,
so that she can use the computer.  We came across a product called Dragon
Dictator, and wondering if anyone has any experience or advice about this
software?

Apparently VPL tried this 4 years ago with poor results, plus there's the
issue of having other users disrupted by voice commands.

Any advice you can give would be great, I'd also like to hear if there is
any other software out there that you can recommend.
