[Publib] Building Indian language(s) collections

I am interested in building our collection of books in various Indian languages, (Telugu, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, etc.) I would appreciate any suggestions and lessons learned by those of you who have tackled these issues in the recent past. Which languages do you buy for? Where do you buy titles? Where do you go for book reviews and suggestions. How have you divided up foreign langauge collection budgets between different foreign languages such as Spanish? Do you look for assistance from customers? Any help is greatly appreciated!
