[Publib] virus warning

I just got this in my inbox. The reason I'm sending it to the list is that I 
noticed the link is an .exe file.  I assume it's a virus or worm. I would 
guess a lot of folks will get this. You might want to be aware. I haven't 
seen any warnings about it. (I changed it so it's not a link so it won't 
cause problems on the list.)
