The Southeastern Library Network (SOLINET) has asked that I share the
following announcement with you.  Please spread the word to any of your
associates about this opportunity to be a major contributor to rebuilding
libraries and communities affected by hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

SOLINET is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for the Gulf Coast Libraries
Recovery Project.

On June 22, SOLINET received a three-year, $12.2 million grant from the Bill
and Melinda Gates Foundation for this very important work.  These funds will
help establish 22 temporary library facilities in Louisiana and Mississippi,
as well as to assist planning for permanent rebuilding.
