Maybe we have gotten so far from the original comment the discussion has 
made a right turn.

It seems like our 364 section is full of books that use real cases and real 
names. Is it different if it is classed as a "semi" fictional account?

Actually if you look at much of Court-TV or any of the other dozens of 
Forensic Reality shows, they use real cases and real names.  As someone 
said, there is not much privacy once it get to the newspaper or a court 
situation.
