[Publib] Online job application class

I may be a little behind on this since I read Publib via digest, but I would
be very interested in a summary of the responses, thoughts that you receive
via the list, Bethni.

Online job applications generate lots of questions at our Internet PCs and
can be very challenging to even the most savvy library customer. Most of the
customer service centers and call banks in our region with vacancies use
these, as do more and more employers in general. Even our county gov't
encourages this format for applications.

I'm cc:ing the list just in case someone who's on the fence about replying
needs and extra nudge. :)
