What the hell, it worked for me.  Free from the guilt of harming cows,  I was 
able to go forward and withstand even the worst lectures on literary  theory. 
 I know for a fact that those yeasts are not harmed in the  production of 
ales and beers:  they are released unharmed afterward, to  return to the wild and 
resume their lives.
