[Publib] Computer Sale Questions

I was just wondering if any libraries out there had tried to sell their
Gates granted Computers.  If so, were you able to also sell the manuals
and informational material that came with them?  
 
Also, does anyone know if children's computer games (that our library
has purchased, not ones that came with the Gates computers) are able to
be resold?
