[Publib] CybrariaN/Computers by Design

[Susan Henricks]

Does anyone know if CybrariaN (Computers by Design) is out of business? 
They have never been top notch for service, but we've been trying to
contact them (phone and e-mail) for tech support for 2 ½ weeks now with
no response.  
 
Any information would be appreciated.
