[Publib] Very very big PUBLIB

I admit to having had the same thoughts about scotch. Insofar as beverages
go, I just poured raspberry Crystal Lite down my tee-shirt, but a) it's a
black teeshirt and b) I work in a home office. So I just swabbed myself and
kept working (I happen to love library statistics, and it's a nice calm
afternoon, just perfect for tweezing spreadsheets). 

Someone just wrote Sara and me to ask how many belong to PUBLIB, so we
checked. We have 6861 members. Wow! Plus I think a lot of PUBLIB gets
broadcast/redistributed/forwarded.
