[Publib] Substitute for Scotch tape

Thanks to all who responded to my query. I will test the blu tac, poster 
putty, magic tape, wall mounting tabs etc and see which does the best. I 
also just found something called Scotch removable tape while shopping 
for supplies in Staples. Again thanks.
