[Publib] Beware of scam

Just to let you know the phone scams are still in business.  They will do a short survey and then send you magazine subscriptions for free but will ask for money to cover the cost of the mailing.  When I told her if we got an invoice we would not pay it she hung up and didn't even say goodbye.
