[Publib] Headphones for patrons

Hi-

We have gone to selling headphones to the public who want them, and we
allow them to bring in their own. After the Gates provided headphones
started disappearing and dying, I was loathe to invest our precious
resources in supporting the sometimes bad behavior of patrons who take
things. Selling the headphones also resolved the health issues related
to sharing personal items. We purchase them in bulk for $1.89, and sell
them for $2.00....not a huge burden even in my community.

If there is demand, I will find the details and share that also.

The internal speaker is fairly simple to disconnect, and I highly
recommend
doing it on the public computers.
