The Illinois Dept. of Insurance has trained volunteers through their
Senior Health Insurance Program [SHIP] [see
http://www.idfpr.com/DOI/Ship/seniorHealth.asp ]

We have arranged to host a couple of sessions per week where our patrons
can book a 45 minute appointment with a trained SHIP volunteer to help
file their Medicare Part D applications. See details at
