Public Services Manager - Farmers Branch Manske Library (a Dallas, Texas suburb) -  Administers public services.  Supervises and schedules public services staff.  Oversees public service budget expenditures, coordinates publicity, and promotes library activities.  Minimum requirements include:  MLS degree from an ALA-accredited university, five years of professional library experience including three years supervisory experience, ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate knowledgeably, clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing with groups and individuals.
