[Publib] Book labels that stay on

We use a sticker from Demco that has the "removeable" adhesive.  It is a
white sticker with the word "NEW" in red, but that have other designs.  Item
#12852620.  As far as I know, they stay on when we want them to, and come
off easily after 6-9 months or so.

We used to buy Gaylord new labels, and they worked fine until about a year 
ago.  Then they started falling off almost as soon as we put them on.  We 
ordered them two more times, thinking we had just got a bad batch, but the 
other batches were just as bad.  We haven't found a good replacement yet.

We order our "new" labels from Gaylord (yellow label
with NEW in red). They adhere for the 6 - 9 months
that we need them and remove fairly easily.
