[Publib] A wiki guide needs your help.

I stumbled upon the Wikibooks how-to article "How to find a book" this 
evening, and I noticed an omission.  While it does mention local 
university libraries and research librarians as a reference source, the 
author omits local public library reference librarians and other 
resources such as state library service.

I am but a rank amateur in the library world, so I pass this on to 
others who may wish to expand the Wikibook guide to give a better 
overall view of the useful people and tools available in the Public 
district of Libraryland.
