For those who haven't heard, this non-fiction book, which was a best-seller and an Oprah book, has been called into question. Apparently parts of it have been exaggerated, even fictionalized.
I'm curious what libraries do with such books. I remember long ago there was a book by an alleged Native American about how he grew up. It turns out to have all been made up. The publisher thought it was still good and just moved it to fiction.
But what do libraries do? If it's mostly true, do you leave it in non-fiction. If it's found to be mostly made up do you move it to fiction.
Or?
