[Publib] A place for dinner Friday night at Midwinter

Hey folks, it looks as if a Friday PUBLIB dinner would work for a lot of
people. If that's the case, can you who are interested come up with a couple
of recommendations? 

If there continues to be a lack of interest, well, we'll all do our own
thing--I have another dinner that night I would be willing to miss to be
with you people, but I sure ain't doing all the work to make it happen.
Wasn't the search engine work enough? :)
