[Publib] cataloguing kits

We at Williamsburg Regional Library are working towards lending kits via 
Interlibrary Loan, and have questions about cataloguing the contents - 
specifically multiple copies of a single book title, a resource notebook, 
and a canvas tote bag.  The individual copies and resource book are not 
barcoded, so all contents are under a single barcode attached to the canvas 
tote.  If your library catalogues multi-part kits for OCLC, could you
