Marquis prints-
Who's who in American
Who's Who in professional areas (science, law, art business, etc)
Who's Who in regional areas (South, East, ect)
their web site is
http://www.marquiswhoswho.com/index.asp

but they do not print the International Who's Who (that is by Routledge in
the UK) http://www.routledge.com/
Which, I believe, is also the publisher of THE Who's Who (British pub)

They  are as "legit" as any company that asks you to supply your own
biography. But at least you don't have to buy the book to get listed.
