[Publib] book drop carts

I'm buying carts for book drops and I have a question I'm sure can be answered here.

  There seem to be three basic kind. One is just a bin that books fall  into. The second is the depressible with a "bottom" that drops as books  go into it. The third is called a soft drop and that's the one I'm  wondering about. It has a bag and some kind of suspension system, but I  can't tell anything more from the description. It almost sounds like  the bag is the suspension.
  
  Does anyone know anything about these systems? Have you used them? Do they work?
  
  We will get a fair amount of books in the drop, but not a large number.  We will have two drops, one for AV and another for everything else.
