[Publib] television series criteria

I would like to hear from some libraries that have developed specific
criteria for selecting television series on DVD.  With so many to choose
from and a limited budget I will have to make some choices.  If you
decided not to purchase series, or only purchase PBS and BBC series, I'd
be interested in that as well.  Feel free to email me off list.
