[Publib] Starbucks in libraries?

Does anyone have a Starbucks or other coffee store chain in their
library?
 
We are planning our new "bistro" space and my director wants some
information. If you do have such an arrangement:
 
Who runs the store - ie franchisee, company, library
What specs were needed - ie space, plumbing, electricity
Did you contact the company or did they seek you out - if you contacted
them, who did you work with?
What issues did you face, pitfalls to beware, etc
