[Publib] Marketing/PR, Community & Volunteer

We have a division at our library with staff responsibility for
marketing and public relations, community relations, and the volunteer
program.   We have called it "Outreach Services."  However, as I have
been reading PubLib for a while now, I see that the librarian view of
"Outreach Services" leans more toward deposit collections at nursing
homes, programs at daycare centers, etc.

 

If your library has a different name for the group who perform the
services mentioned above, would you please share it with us?
