[Publib] Titles for support staff

[Barbara Buehler]

Since titles using the word "Specialist" within them seem to have favor
in our city, we call those folks who staff public service desks but are
not degreed librarians "Library Specialist". Seems to work for us.

Following a massive reorganization, we are looking for new job titles
for support staff who provide information, ready reference, and RA
service to patrons.  We want something that is patron-friendly, but
doesn't sound interchangeable with Target.  "Information assistant" is
close, but doesn't necessarily encompass everything.  Any ideas from the
smartest collective mind there is?
