Subject: [Publib] titles for support staff

Following a massive reorganization, we are looking for new job titles for support staff who provide information, ready reference, and RA service to patrons.  We want something that is patron-friendly, but doesn't sound interchangeable with Target.  "Information assistant" is close, but doesn't necessarily encompass everything.  Any ideas from the smartest collective mind there is?
