[Publib] Giving away books to children

You were all so helpful with my question about defibrillators. Thank
you so much. I had no idea there were so many libraries and other
public buildings that had this equipment.

I have a new question today. In our "Born to Read" Program, we
encourage children to fill out a monthly reading log and when they turn
it in they receive a free book. The reading log is also entered into a
monthly drawing for a prize. We started with babies to 18 months, then
expanded to toddlers up to 35 months, and have now increased it to
pre-school 3-5 years and children K-3.

If you have a reading program that gives away free books to children on
a consistent basis, would you please let me know how it is structured
and to what age you distribute these books? Thank you.
