Hello everybody.  Our library is taking a look at offering IM reference using Meebo.  If any of you are doing this, I would love to hear about your experience.  Specifically, how did you reassure your IT department?  Our IT folks are not opposed, but want to know what other libraries have done.  How did you set up the service?  How does it work? Have you run into any security or other issues?  What version of Meebo are you using and why?  Or if you are using something Meebo-like, how did you choose it?
