Hi all,
This summer I conducted a survey study on effective chat reference training
techniques and received 286 responses from chat reference practioners who
subscribed to the listservs. Many thanks! The $100 reward that I promisted
in my invitation message went to Jeannie Colson at Sam Houston State
University at Texas as a donation to her home library in her name. :-)
Here's the link of the descriptive summary of the results
http://www.ils.unc.edu/~luolili/diss_surveys/survey2_results.htm. I
apologize for the delayed the report of the results. It's been quite a
hectic semester for me.
Again, many thanks to those who participated both of my surveys (this one
and the one on chat reference competencies), and have a wonderful holiday!
Lili
