Hi everyone, As you may or may not know, this survey has been conducted biennially for the past decade. I was and have been a member of the advisory committee that assisted in the development of the survey (I only tested the web portion). I will collect and forward your comments on to the researchers to help inform them about issues concerning the current survey and development of posssible future surveys.
Best regards to everyone,
Beverly
