We've blocked it generally, but made it available in Intemet Explorer.
Not having it there would IMHO cripple general Internet use.
You could probably make a case that if your security is strong enough
in other ways, either because you have things locked down and/or are
using a hardware or software solution to return to your preferred
configuration, that you don't need to disable right-clicking at all.
I'd have to see what mischief would come of that. I'd hate not to
have it available in a browser, though.
