[Publib] youtube--blog--copyright question

I can't speak for the legality of it, but there was a recent court
decision affirming that bloggers are not responsible for posting a
link to defamatory material. Perhaps the same principle would apply
here? In any case, YouTube is very diligent about taking things down
if requested by the copyright holder.
