[Publib] Librarian Required to Provide Access to Porn?

I discovered this topic a tad late, so please excuse me if I am plowing 
a tilled field. We have a limited number of computers for adultuse, all 
in close proximity to each other, and all frequented by a wide range of 
patrons. The library staff is not here to monitor patron use, but we 
will certainly respond to complaints and questionable images we observe. 
Frankly, if I observed the image Mr. Dutcher encountered, and the party 
in question was still present he would have been banned permanently. Yes 
the why question is the rub, but I guess I have to rely on my own sense 
of what's appropriate in a public setting and what is not.
