[Publib] Barcodes

The Madison Heights Public Library used to place either a duplicate
barcode, a property stamp, or both (my memory fails) on page 29 of a
book, since that is the library's number in our cooperative's system.
As I think about it at this moment, I honestly couldn't tell you if this
is still a part of the processing process.
