[Publib] Remote delivery question

I am trying to locate libraries which provide remote delivery to patrons.
 
By remote delivery I mean mailing or sending via a courier or other delivery methods materials to a person's home or office for a fee.  
 
If any of you do this I would be very interested in knowing your policies, procedures and your evaluation of such a service.
