[Publib] VHS tapes & DVDs & DVD-Rs

History channel and A&E are among those selling the DVD-R format. When I was 
buying it was for a college. The Rs don't have menus, you can only play them 
like a VHS. For educational purposes, instructors want to be able to quickly 
go to a certain part of the DVD. I only bought one because it was topic an 
instructor really wanted and there was no other recording on the topic and 
it was the only format available.
