Our print-management software is provided by Pharos and we purchased
coin-op/bill-op machines from TracSystems similar to this:

FYI: We previously had a debit card system which we have discontinued, but
additional components can be purchased to simultaneously allow the debit
card system on this unit.

We have print-management software provided by CMS who, in turn, provide a
coin machine which works off a Print Release Station PC attached to both a
black and white laser printer and a color laser printer. It works well,
when it does not work well it is almost always user error because people do
not follow the steps for releasing prints.

Does anyone know if it is possible to put a coin-/bill-operated payment
box (like the boxes attached to copiers or micro-film/-fiche machines)
on a laser printer?
