I'm not really sure I even understand the question, but is "Office Boy" 
really an official job title?  What if someone who is not, or never was, 
a boy were to fill the position -- would the title then change to 
"Office Girl"?  Wouldn't "Office Assistant" or something like that be a 
better, less gender-biased, less ageist option?
