Dear All,,

I have the following structure of a Children Branch Public Library, which I
need to put a career path of a librarian:

6 positions distributed flatly, all reporting to the Librarian, no
hierarchy, (as there are no departments and no sections). The 6 titles are:
on the first level reporting directly to the librarian: Technical Assistant,
Programs' Supervisor, and Reference Librarian, where as on a second level
reporting also directly to the librarian, we have the following two titles:
Office Boy, and Supervisor (a staff member who's main responsibility is just
to monitor the library hall and keep the discipline).  So this makes the
career path in the HR definition very limited as only one person will have
the career path of a Librarian. Which one?


Please advise on your technical opinion concerning such.
