The Eugene Public Library is seeking an experienced, energetic
professional to assume the role of planning, organizing, and supervising
the operations of the Adult Services work unit (24 staff).  The
successful candidate will be skilled and experienced in the oversight of
reference, reader's advisory, system-wide collection development, adult
programming and access services.  A Master of Library Science degree and
a minimum of three years of increasingly responsible professional
library experience, including supervisory experience in a library
setting are required.  Fluency in Spanish language is preferred.
