We all know that the use of reference books has been on the decline 
because of Internet and database use.  I was wondering what, if anything, 
anyone was doing to promote the reference collections they still have.
Has anyone tried shelving them differently from the usual rows of tall
shelving units?  Has anyone done anything along the lines of creating a
"reading room" that has the reference books lining the walls so that they 
surround tables and seating that are in the center of the room?
